Rabbits were immunized with normal bovine IgG. After multiple immunizations the rabbits were bled and serum collected. The resulting anti-IgG was immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.

Each vial contains 200 µg in 0.2 ml of affinity purified anti-Bovine IgG, in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.2% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide.

Specificity |
This antiserum forms a precipitin band against IgG in normal bovine serum by immunoelectrophoresis. It forms a band against IgG1 and IgG2 as well as Fab and Fc fragments. It also reacts with IgM and IgA do to the presence of common light chains.Fluorescein/Protein ratio: 3-6
